Hi! I’m Mandy. I host Intuitive Chakra Yoga At Calm Roots where yoga is grounded in nature. This outdoor oasis is exclusively for women by women. No pressure, No judgment- Just movement that meets you where you are. A combination of slow, sensual yoga flow and guided meditation designed to connect your mind, body, and soul. Helping you feel confident, grounded and deeply connected to your body.


I specialize in PTSD recovery and emotional release. Being human is complex these days. You are a whole person emotionally and physically. Please reach out if you are looking to practice with me one on one or in a small class of up to 10 people. Yoga is a personal journey of mind, body and soul and I will do everything I can to make it unique to your personal needs.

It’s not just the yoga — it’s the community, the coming together, the magic that happens in my sacred space.

What you can expect

At the start of each class, I like to set an intention physically and mentally specific to your needs and level of experience with yoga. Yoga is more than just the poses, movement and breath. It also has a large part to do with meditation, By connecting the mind-body and soul, and breaking through the emotional deposits within the body through the Chakras to promote healing, well-being, and health fitness goals. Every class ends with a meditation while you’re in a deeply relaxed state tailored to your needs and goals.
